We are an online ecommerce website. Although we do sell online worldwide, we are offer local same day pickup in Christiansted, St. Croix Virgin Islands. We also provide same day shipping via USPS priority shipping. We do not have a brick and motor location at the time.
Due to COVID-19 we are NOT offering returns at this time. If there is a sizing issue you can exchange within 24 hours of your purchase. No refunds are permitted only store credit!

RETURN POLICY
We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE.
Items will be eligible for exchange or store credit 24 HOURS from post marked delivery!
Please contact CURVYSZN@GMAIL.COM about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE. Once the request is received , you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow 7-10 days after items has been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package by creating a free account via USPS with the tracking number that was emailed to you.
For added protection, all shipping orders require signature.

It’s easy, safe & FREE! Pick up LOCALLY in Christiansted St. Croix, Virgin Islands. Just select PICK-UP at checkout. We’ll let you know when your entire order is ready for pickup. When you come to pick it up, just give us a call and we’ll bring it out to your car! You will receive a “ready for pick-up” email letting you know when all of your packages are ready. An email reminding you to pick-up your order will be sent after 7 days of being fulfilled. If the order is not picked up within 14 days of being ordered, any item(s) or order not picked up will be processed for refund for a store credit only. No exceptions!
